awarded by the Philipine Economic Zone Authority dated March 3, 2006. The developer, Misibis Land Inc., enjoys
VAT Zero Certification in its ventures with the development of Misibis, including those who would avail of its
amenities in the future, with certain parameters and restrictions.

The President of the Republic of the Philippines, her Excellency Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo under Presidential Proclamation
No. 998 dated February 14, 2006 declared parcels of land in Cagraray Island, Bacacay, Albay which belongs to Misibis
Resorts, Estates & Spa as a Tourism Economic Zone pursuant to Republic Act 7916 as amended by
Republic Act 8746.

as recognized by the Philippine Department of Tourism
Secretary Joseph Ace Durano of the Philippine Department of Tourism recognized Misibis
Resorts, Estates & Spa as a Triple Class A Resort. This recognition asserts Misibis as a high-end resort-estate
in the Philippines. Misibis’ status is compared to that of world famous beaches in California, Bali, Italy,
France, Maldives, the Seychelles and Mediterranean isles.
